This is our penultimate event from the Greenhouse InnovatingX series. At Greenhouse, we believe that the best solutions come from collaboration and sharing diverse perspectives. Our events go beyond traditional networking – they are vibrant, interactive experiences where you can engage deeply with important issues, learn from experts and share your own ideas. This event focusses on Diversity, a theme that improves society as a whole – diverse societies are quantifiably more creative, healthier, and economically successful.
What will the event look like?
Our unique format features a three-person sector specialist advisory panel who will be on hand to offer relevant advice. However, you will be at the heart of the event in our interactive workshop, with the audience posing both the questions and solutions to the issues. We’ll brainstorm and develop actionable solutions in real-time, using digital whiteboards and live-scribing to notate the process as we go. This setup ensures that every voice is heard, valued and represented visually.
During the event, we will tackle essential questions such as:
- What are the key issues we face today?
- Who is most affected by these issues and in what ways?
- What are the most innovative and impactive solutions to help these groups?
- How can these solutions be implemented and funded sustainably?
We will also have a ‘micro-expo’ of local businesses who are relevant to the theme. Expect meaningful conversations, peer-to-peer networking and opportunities to make valuable connections that continue long after the event. Enjoy locally sourced vegan food and a selection of drinks as you engage with like-minded individuals in a relaxed space.
Timings:
- 9-10am – Arrival and networking
- 10-11.15am – Session part 1: Discussing the issue and identifying themes
- 11.15-11.45am – Break for brunch and networking
- 11.45am-1pm – Session part 2: Finding the solutions
- 1-1.30pm – Closing networking (optional)
Who is this for?
These are business events, open to anyone who works in or is interested in innovation or diversity. Tickets are FREE for members of the Greenhouse Community (you can become a member here).
