You must be a business registered and operating in Leeds. You must also make sure you can make each of the 1-to-1, peer-to-peer and masterclass sessions during the 3 month cohort.

Firstly, we’re action oriented. Every 1-to-1 and every group session is designed to focus on capturing and prioritising the activities you need to complete to get you closer to achieving your goals and vision. We also have a strong emphasis on building a community of peers you can leverage the experience of.

The Greenhouse Accelerator does not invest cash into businesses. However, the Greenhouse network does have investors within it. If you’re looking for investment, we’ll help make connections where we can.

They’re ongoing, based on a commitment of 3 months at a time. Making progress can take time and dedication from you. You’ll have lots of support from your coach, and your peers, however, all the hard work to push your business forward will still be on you and your team.  If you apply for a grant funded space, this will cover the first 3 months.

We want to make sure the Accelerate Programme is right for you, and you’re right for the programme. This is important as we want you to get lots of value and find it useful, plus you will be placed in a group and we want everyone to be ready and be able to put in the required effort.

Every group is different, but you can expect other business owners, MDs, entrepreneurs, and founders…all of whom are there to work on improving themselves and their businesses. Every 6 months, we aim to mix up groups so you get to build more relationships and network with more accelerator members. We place a strong emphasis on making sure there are no direct competitors within each group.

Yes. Anything you say, anything captured, recorded or written down will only be accessible by Greenhouse coaches and you. If you choose to share this information outside of the sessions that is your call.

No. We’re entirely subscription based and do not request any equity in your business.

Every month you’ll have a 1-hour 1-to-1 session with your coach, plus on a separate day, a 2-hour peer to peer session, and 2-hour masterclass. You are also welcome to attend Greenhouse Innovation Events and engage with the wider community.

In all honesty, it depends on you. We deliberately have a consultative signup process to make sure you have all the information about how the accelerator works before signing up. Part of the role our mentors play is to help you capture your purpose, vision, goals, and activities. They will then help you prioritise these, identify quick wins a stay on track. However, they are not here to run your business for you. Essentially it is still you who has to do the “hard work”, but everything we do is designed to help you get better results more quickly.
